Citizens Police Academy
The Glendale Police Department’s Citizen Police Academy is a free program designed for citizens of Glendale and members of the business community by the Glendale police community action team (cat). This program allows attendees to experience an inside view of the Glendale Police Department and the different roles and responsibilities of both our sworn officers and civilian employees. During the 12-week program, attendees will meet the men and women of the Glendale police department and see what they do to help make our community safe. even get some hands-on experience with the tools and equipment they use.
Classes are comprised of 12 Wednesday evenings and some Saturdays.
