About the Event
On Sunday, August 25, 2019, we will be holding our annual CPAAG and GPD Bowling Event and Fundraiser at Glenfair Lanes in Glendale, AZ. Funds are raised at this event through event ticket and promotional item sales, event sponsorships, and raffle ticket sales.

We are offering some awesome sponsorship levels as well. All sponsors and donors will receive 2 event tickets good for 3
hours of bowling, acknowledgment at the event, on our Facebook page and website, and have the opportunity to
distribute marketing materials to event attendees. Sponsorship levels include:
Split Sponsor ($50.00) - Includes 2 event tickets, acknowledgments, and marketing as above.
Strike Sponsor ($100.00) - Includes Split Sponsor package plus 2 meal certificates good for a meal combo and
medium drink, and 2 acknowledgment posts on our Facebook page and website.
Lane Sponsor ($150.00) - Includes 6 tickets for your own lane team, one large cheese pizza, one large single topping
pizza, a pitcher of soda, 4 acknowledgment posts, and an 18” x 36” lane banner displaying your name or logo. Logo
must be provided in jpeg or vector format before August 19, 2019.
NEW THIS YEAR! We are assigning people to lanes. So when you check out, you can put the name of a person or group with whom you would like to bowl. We will do our best to keep you all together. Max 6 people per lane.
